Collection: not your grandmas seashell collection

refund policy:

All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

All wares are entirely handmade. As such, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and color. These characteristics are not considered flaws, but rather a tribute to the organic nature of handmade goods. Unless there is a flaw in functionality or goods do not arrive all in one piece, custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

Ceramics are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping, however, should any damage occur please take a photo immediately and contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work together to find a solution, whether it be an item refund (minus shipping) or a replacement piece (note: As some of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, your replacement may not be exactly the same as your original, but I will do my best to find a solution that works on both ends. Replacement items may take up to 6 weeks to complete). As noted above, shipping charges will not be refunded.

shipping policy:

Kaelceramic ships worldwide using USPS or UPS (depending on package size). I currently use a flat rate based pricing for international orders based on weight.  Customers are responsible for all customs charges as due upon delivery - please refer to your local customs office for more information.

A quick note on why shipping is so expensive! The weight, size and destination of an order all are factors in the shipping price. As ceramics are fragile by nature, extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers of tissue or kraft paper are necessary, and add extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that I take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers where possible (recycling and re-using kraft paper).

A word on sustainability - all ceramics are wrapped in recyclable kraft paper, starch based packing peanuts, and recyclable boxes. The packing peanuts are biodegradable + can easily be dissolved in water!
